1. Pre-Order & Shipping

You are purchasing a spot in "Batch 001" of the Burnt Impressions re-launch. The estimated shipping date is May 2026. While we strive to hit this date, manufacturing involves variables (molds, supply chain) that may cause delays.

2. Refunds

Because your funds are used directly to purchase the raw materials for your specific unit, all pre-order sales are final once the manufacturing window closes. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of purchase, contact us immediately.

3. Warranty

Every toaster leaves Walden, VT tested by hand. If your unit arrives damaged or fails to toast the miraculous image within 30 days, we will repair or replace it.

We respect your data. Here is what we do (and don't do) with it:

• Collection: We collect your name, shipping address, and email solely to fulfill your order.
• Payments: All financial transactions are handled securely by PayPal. We never see or store your credit card numbers.
• No Selling: We will never sell, trade, or rent your email address to third parties. We hate spam as much as you do.
• Cookies: We use minimal cookies only to keep the shopping cart functioning.
