Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your toast. Here is exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and custom art issues.

1. Custom Products (Selfie & Swag Toasters)

Because our Selfie and Swag toasters are custom-machined specifically for your image, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse once the CNC routing process has begun.

However, we stand by our work. If your custom toaster arrives damaged, defective, or fails to burn the image as approved in your digital proof, we will absolutely make it right. (See "Defective Items" below).

2. Stock Products (Jesus Toasters)

We accept returns on non-customized, stock items (like the Jesus Toaster) within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition in their original packaging. Because this is a food-contact appliance, we cannot accept returns on toasters that have been used.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for buyer's remorse.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

3. Pre-Orders & Cancellations

If you participated in our US Pre-Order (shipping June 2026), you may cancel your order for a full 100% refund at any time before your custom art has been routed into the metal plates. Once the physical production of your specific insert begins, the order can no longer be canceled.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your toaster arrives damaged, won't turn on, or doesn't toast properly, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will ask for a photo of the issue (and a photo of the resulting toast, if applicable).

If the item is defective, we will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the unit and will issue a full refund or send a replacement unit immediately at no cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return or Fix an Issue

Do not mail your toaster back without contacting us first. To start a return or report an issue, please email us directly at . Please include your Transaction ID in the subject line.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Vermont workshop, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (e.g., PayPal) within 3 to 5 business days.
